Dave DeWalt is a veteran CEO, advisor, and investor who has led companies, from startups to the Fortune 500, on a transformational journey of success. Focused on technology and cybersecurity, Dave helped create more than $20 billion of shareholder value during his 15-plus years as President and CEO of three major companies. That includes driving the most successful cybersecurity IPO ever in 2013, and leading the largest all-cash deal in technology history in 2010. Today, he serves as Managing Director of Allegis Cyber as well as investor and board member in the world’s most innovative companies such as Delta Airlines, Fiveg ForeScout, Phantom Cyber, Claroty, Team8, DataTribe, Illusive Networks, and Optiv.
Ken Gonzalez has been a senior operating executive at technology companies for over 20 years. He has led the strategy and corporate business development functions for Siebel Systems (Oracle), McAfee, Avast and FireEye. During his career her has completed over 40 acquisitions, 23 of which have been in cybersecurity. He has created, managed, and grown numerous strategic go-to-market partnerships from technology integration to OEM, reseller and two-tier distribution. Prior to joining NightDragon, Ken was Managing Director at ForgePoint Capital. Ken is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He also served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 75th Ranger Regiment.
Morgan Kyauk brings a wealth of experience leading M&A transactions for companies of all sizes - from late stage, pre-IPO companies to large, serial acquirers. Most recently, Morgan was the Vice President of Corporate Development at FireEye, where he was responsible for the evaluation, execution, and integration of all acquisition, investment, and strategic partnering activity for the company. Morgan originally joined FireEye in early 2013, working with Dave and Ken to drive corporate development efforts leading up to the company’s IPO and through its transformative acquisitions. Morgan has also held corporate development leadership roles at a variety of companies within the enterprise software, infrastructure, and security sectors, including Dropbox, Juniper Networks, and HP. Morgan began his career advising technology companies on M&A activity while at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Morgan received his MBA from Wharton and his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Hannah is a former senior technology consultant from the mergers and acquisitions practice at Deloitte. Throughout her consulting career, she worked with various Fortune 50 and 500 companies. Hannah focused her time on executing successful mergers and divestures, managing large scale cloud and network transformations and performing the role of a product manager for software offerings and applications. Hannah received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, she was a student-athlete on the Women’s Basketball team reaching three Final Fours in her four year career.
National Security Agency (NSA),
Admiral Michael Rogers is the former director of the National Security Agency (NSA), the former chief of the Central Security Service, and the former commander of the U.S. Cyber Command. One of the most-knowledgeable intelligence professionals and cybersecurity experts, Rogers assumed those posts in April of 2014 and retired in June of 2018, marking 37 years of service. He served under both Presidents Trump and Obama and oversaw the NSA and Cyber Command responses to both the Snowden leaks and Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. He also put the NSA through its largest reorganization in 20 years and led the creation and operationalization of the nation’s cyber mission force, culminating in the elevation of Cyber Command to the senior-most command level in the DOD.

UK’s Joint Forces Command,
Chris is the former Commander of the UK’s Joint Forces Command, which included Special Forces, Defence Intelligence, Cyber, ISR and Communications from Space, Information Systems and Services, Operational Command of UK operations overseas, Education, Medical Services, and the UK’s permanent bases overseas. He was also appointed Knight Commander of the Order of Bath in 2015, and Aide de Camp General to Her Majesty The Queen in 2016. Chris has also held a variety of leadership roles as a British Army officer, including Brigadier and Director of Equipment Capability for Ground Manoeuvre, Strategy Director, Lieutenant General, and Chief of Materiel (Land). Chris’ experience makes him a foremost expert on the intersection between cyber and physical threats facing governments and commercial organizations.
Dan is the CEO of Optiv Security, which was created in 2015 as a result of the Accuvant and FishNet Security merger. From 2002, when he co-founded Accuvant, until 2012 when he assumed his position as the company’s first CEO, Dan served as Senior Vice President of Accuvant’s sales organization. In that role, he was responsible for strategic planning, sales growth, and problem resolution. Dan co-developed and helped to successfully execute on Accuvant’s initial vision – to build a company with the breadth, depth, and capabilities to address the information security needs of organizations worldwide – up until the merger with FishNet Security.
Matthew is the CEO of NTT Security, formerly known as Dimension Data's Security Business Unit. Matthew is responsible for executing the organization's security strategy, services and go-to-market strategy with the goal of building the world's most recognized security brand supported by a team of highly talented security professionals. Matthew previously held the position of Group Executive of Security for Dimension Data. He held several roles during his tenure with Dimension Data. Prior to this, Matthew spent time in various security environments, from a client to a carrier to OEMs across Australia, Asia, and now global positions.
Andrew is the CEO of Kudelski Security, an independent Swiss provider of tailored cyber security solutions to enterprises and public sector institutions, with its U.S. headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Andrew has led the company’s technical strategy, product development, engineering and research, notably the launch of the IoT Security Center of Excellence, the delivery of Secure Blueprint, and the Blockchain Security Center. Previously, Andrew led an R&D laboratory focused on national defense challenges for the Georgia Tech Research Institute.

Jason is currently an Executive Vice President at FireEye where he has served in leadership roles in product management, R&D, engineering, and cloud operations. Prior to FireEye, he was President and CEO of SecureDNA (acquired: FEYE) which provided innovative security products and solutions to enterprises and government agencies throughout the United States and Asia. Jason also served as Chairman of Authy.com (acquired: TWLO) and currently sits on the advisory board for OneMedNet and the Board of Directors for ShieldX. Jason has also co-authored several books covering various cyber security domains and is co-founder of the ShakaCon security conference.
