Joe Bubniak

Joe brings a decade of experience advising founders, investors, executives, and boards across the tech landscape. As an investment banker at JP Morgan and UBS, he guided clients on strategic partnerships, securing growth capital to fund innovation, M&A, and making the leap from private to public markets—all the critical path events that companies must navigate as they scale and build enduring businesses. Over the course of his career, Joe has partnered with key players across the cybersecurity sector, including CrowdStrike, Tenable, RSA, ForgeRock, NortonLifeLock, and BeyondTrust, among many others. Most recently, he led Business Development & Strategy for an early-stage content management & delivery startup where he played a key role in building out the go-to-market and partnerships function.
Joe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Syracuse University, with a dual major in Economics & Political Science. While at Syracuse, he was a Division I athlete on the Track and Cross Country teams.
